This equipment is used to clean gaseous organic and non-organic contaminants from the air using plasma-catalytic technology
There are 12 PLAZKAT units in use, designed for treatment of specific unpleasant smells coming from the sewage shafts; each has an air treatment capacity of 180 000 m3 / hour

Remote control system of the unit is connected via Profibus to the control system of the production process

This allowed the unit to be located in immediate proximity to the manufacturing line. The plant does not require shift personell, it is compact and has low operating costs

The production lines for gluing, finishing and drying wood cause the following types of gaseous emissions into the atmosphere:

volatile components of paints and solvents, vapors of resin containing adhesives
